We produce aluminum panels according to customer requirements for dimensions, specifications, shapes, structures, colors, and competitive budgets. Our engineers can visit sites to measure installation specifications and create shop drawings for smooth installation.
All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only building a frame, preparing bolts, and using sealants to finish gaps between panels. This makes building envelope and decoration straightforward.
Our metal cladding panels are made from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Common thicknesses include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm, maximum length is 6000mm, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.
The panel system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted to small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
