Aluminum panels are manufactured using Aluminum alloy 3003 series. As a type of curtain wall system, they are used for wall protection and non-lighting walls, serving as an alternative to mosaic and general sandblasting facades.
With their light texture and excellent strength characteristics, these panels offer significant advantages for high-rise building applications. The solid aluminum panel is constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy and undergoes comprehensive processing including material release listing, cutting, folding, arc bending, welding, reinforcing stiffeners, grinding and polishing, spraying, and packaging.
Our factory-produced panels include panels, reinforcing stiffeners and corner panels. The rear of the panels are bolted to connect to reinforced stiffeners, creating a complete solid panel that ensures optimal flatness and structural strength.
