All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only frame construction, basic bolts, and sealants to finish panel gaps, making building envelope and decoration projects straightforward.
Product Construction & Specifications
Our metal facade panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.
Each panel consists of a main panel, reinforcement bars, and mounting brackets. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted to small folding edges. Reinforcement bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures long-term flatness, wind pressure resistance, and earthquake resistance. For projects requiring sound insulation, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed within the aluminum panels.
