All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only building a frame, preparing bolts, and using sealants to finish gaps between panels. This makes building envelope and decoration projects straightforward and efficient.
Product Construction & Specifications
Our metal facade panels are made from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm and maximum length is 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.
The panel system consists of a panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
