Product Specifications
The solid aluminum cladding panel is made of high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with commonly used thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is within 2000mm, maximum length within 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.
The panel consists of a panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. The bracket can be directly pressed from the panel, bent and formed, or the corner bracket can be riveted on the small folding edges of the panel. Reinforce bars are connected to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid whole that greatly enhances strength and rigidity.
This construction ensures the flatness and resistance to wind pressure and earthquake resistance of the aluminum cladding in long-term use. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
