Destructible label breaks apart into small pieces when removal is attempted, thus providing complete protection to goods against pilferage or tampering. The technique works by using a very weak and brittle substrate and aggressive adhesive to ensure that the label disintegrate into many components if any attempt is made to remove it.
 

 
What is the best quality destructible labels?
 
1. More fragile is more good?
 
Obviously, this conclusion is not correct. A lot of customers is the first time use destructible labels, so they will feel like the more fragile,the more better,because this can good to achieve anti-counterfeiting effect.
 
In fact, the most suitable is the best.
 
Choose the appropriate fragile label have three factors: your local temperature, the label size,need die cut or not.
So our ultra destructible label material to roughly divided into three grades: High Brittle (easiest destructible ),Middle Brittle (medium destructible ),Low Brittle (hard destructible ).
 
Please choose suit fragile degrees according to the following table:
 

 
Initial Adhesion: means once you stick,it can not peeling off immediately,but for long time,it will be easy peeling off.
 
Holding Adhesion: means once you stick,it are not very difficult peeling off,but the longer, the better viscosity.
 
Our ultra destructible vinyl all use import water-based glue,so it is holding adhesion glue,it need some time let the glue curing, complete penetration to the surface,so the longer,the better viscosity. We can promise you the quality assurance period is one year, but we have a test, our ultra destructible vinyl still have viscous after 10 years.
