Q: Is it ok to make customer's own design?
A:yes. Thanks.
Q: When can you finish the quote?
A:it will take about 1-3 working days. Thanks.
Q: Can you do FOB or CNF?
A: Hello dear, yes we can based on the trade terms: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF. Thanks.
Q: Can you send me your catalogue and price list?
A: Hello dear, we could send you the E-catalogue but we do not have regular price list.Cause we are a custom made factory, the prices will be quoted based on client's requirements,like: size, color, quantity, material etc. Thanks.
Q: How many days for sample production? And how much for the samples?
A: Hello dear, it will take about 25 days for the samples production. The sample cost will be 3 times of unit price, the over paid (2 times) of the selected items will be refunded when bulk order was placed. Thanks.
Q: Why your price is higher than other supplier?
A: Hello dear, for the custom made furniture, it's not reasonalbe to compare the price only based on the photoes.
Different price will be different production method, technics, structure and finish. Sometimes,
quality can not be seen only from outside you should check the inner construction.
It's better that you come to our factory to see the quality first before comparing the price. Thanks.
Q: Can you quote different material for my choosing?
A: We can use different kinds of material to make the furniture. But we do not have enough time to
quote all the materials. If you are not sure using which kind of material, it's better that you could tell us your budget
like our old customer then we will recommend for your accordingly. Thanks.
Q: Will you send the shop drawing for approval? And how long can you finish the drawings?
A: Yes we will send you the shop drawing for approval after received the deposit.
It will take about 3-7 days for issuing the detail drawings. Thanks.
Q: Can you do upholstered furniture based on BS 5852 or CA 117 standard fire retardant?
A:Yes we can do those treatments as per client's requirements. Thanks.
Q: How many years can the furnitures be used for?
A: At least 8-10 years. Thanks.
