FDA Food Grade Nylon Filter Micron Mesh Fabrics Advantage:
- Nylon Fabric has excellent resistance to most common solvents and will operate continuously at temperatures up to 100°C in the chemical pH range 7-14
- nylon mesh screen has Good abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction.
- Working temperature of nylon filter cloth is typically around 239F (115C). Exposure to sunlight can cause discoloration (yellowing).
- nylon mesh fabric`s water absorption is very high.
- softening point is between 170°C and 230°C
- melting point is between 210°C and 250°C
