Description:

Black Polyester Mesh Wide Belt is made from polyester monofilament, sprail wire ring is crossed by string wire to form polyester mesh belt,edge treatment by glue,which is used for fix the the wire.

The mesh surface must be flat,smooth , and thickness of the glue can not exceed the mesh thickness by 0.1mm.no rough selvedge

Heat shaping processing is very important to the quality of polyester Mesh Belt ,PFM Screen has 100 meter long heat treatment machine,this processing can work under 200ºC temperature with slow speed to make sure the quality of polyester dryer screen.the error is only ±1ºC in the whole heat shapeing processing.

Usually we pack polyester dryer screen  with air bubble film,if ship by sea, it will be packed with plywood case.
