This is a fully customized taped Litz wire, consisting of 600 strands of enameled wire stranded together with a single wire diameter of only 0.05 mm.
The outstanding features of this taped litz wire is its unique outer film. The taped litz wires are typically wrapped with a polyesterimide (PI) film, our products are specifically designed with a PTFE (Teflon) film. PTFE films have excellent insulating properties, making them ideal for applications where thermal and electrical properties are critical. This customization allows us to meet our customers' specific needs, ensuring they receive a product that perfectly matches their operational requirements.
