Triple-insulated wire (TIW) is a type of wire designed for high-voltage applications. It features a single-layer enameled wire conductor surrounded by three layers of insulation made from polyester (PET) and nylon. This unique construction provides excellent dielectric strength, enabling the wire to withstand voltages of thousands of volts, making it ideal for transformer windings.

We produce TIW with diameters ranging from 0.13 mm to 1.0 mm and custom colors including red, blue, green, and black, with yellow being the most commonly used. The robust insulation not only enhances safety by preventing electrical breakdown but also ensures durability in a wide range of environmental conditions. TIW is particularly well-suited for transformers requiring reliable high-voltage performance.
