ETFE insulation Litz wire is a high-performance cable featuring a bundle of individually insulated strands twisted together and coated with an extruded layer of Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) insulation. This combination offers superior performance in demanding applications by minimizing skin-effect losses in high-frequency environments, enhanced electrical properties for high-voltage use, and excellent thermal, mechanical, and chemical resistance due to the strong ETFE fluoropolymer.
