UEW+NY is a dual film solderable insulation composed of Modified Polyurethane resins with a Polyamide (nylon) overcoat. The nylon overcoat provides a significant reduction in the wire's coefficient of friction aiding both windability and the production of compact coils.Covered with nylon resin over solderable enamel film, this double layered wire is highly resistant to deterioration caused during process.Nylon overcoat makes the wire smooth enough to be most suitable for automatic coil winding
