The conductor is the basic material of the enameled wire. Commonly used materials for conductors are copper, aluminum and other alloy materials. Usually the resistance in an electronic component is determined by the conductor. The cross-sectional area and length of the conductor affect the resistance.The type of insulating film: The insulating film is divided into single film and heavy film. Single film includes UEW, PEW, EIWHE AIW etc. Heavy film refers to an additional coating of nylon or self-adhesive paint on a single film.

2. Twotypes of self-bonding materials and can be processed with either alcohol,heat or electric methods. The alcohol must be removed from the coil to ensure the long term insulation degradatoin does not occur.
