Transposition Wire CTC Conductor Enameled Copper Litz Wire

Compared with ordinary flat wires, transposed conductors have many advantages, and at the same time, due to the relatively small size, the manufacturing cost of transformers is reduced.
1. The loss of discrete field is reduced due to the use of multiple single wires of small cross-section instead of a flat wire of large cross-section.
2. Compared with multiple parallel self-insulated single wires, since the transposed conductor is an enameled single wire, the thickness of the paint film is much thinner than that of the previous paper insulation, but the withstand voltage is several times that of the paper insulation. The insulation thickness of the common paper insulation is relatively thin, so the volume of the winding is obviously reduced, and the utilization rate of space is effectively improved.
3. Due to the transposition between single wires, the windings have high mechanical strength.
