Polyurethane insulated 0.25mm enameled copper wire

 

UEW+NY is a dual film solderable insulation composed of Modified Polyurethane resins with a Polyamide (nylon) overcoat. The nylon overcoat provides a significant reduction in the wire's coefficient of friction aiding both windability and the production of compact coils.

 

Enameled wire is a main variety of winding wire. It consists of conductor and insulating layer. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked many times.
