Overview of S type split casing water pump

S type split case water pump is a single-stage double suction horizontal centrifugal pump,designed for delivery of non solid particles of water or physical and chemical properties similar to water, other liquids, the temperature of the liquid is 0℃～80℃.

S type split casing water pump application

Widely used for factories, mines, urban water supply, power plants, farmland irrigation and drainage and water conservancy projects. Maximum allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

S type in the pump structure

The intake and outlet of the S type split casing water pump are below the pump axis. 

The main parts of the pump include pump case, pump cover, impeller, shaft, shaft sleeve, double suction seal ring and so on.

The impeller shaft sleeve and the sleeve nut are fixed on the shaft, and the axial position can be adjusted through the sleeve nut.

Two kinds of pump shaft seal:

packing seal and mechanical seal,The pump is connected with the motor through an elastic coupling.

Direction of rotation of S type open pump

From the transmission side, the pump rotates clockwise, at this time, the suction port is in the right, and the outlet is at the left. (If user needs,the pump can also be changed to counter clockwise rotation)
