PW type Submersible Sewage Pump , horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump

PW type horizontal sewage pump assembly and disassembly:

First check the other parts, the existence of the impact of assembly defects, and then scrub clean before assembly.

1. ready to pad, silk plug, pipe block and were installed on the corresponding parts.
2. the seal ring, shaft seal box, oil and oil hole cover, felt store were loaded into the pump cover, bearing body, bearing box, bearing cover.
3. the first bearing into the shaft at both ends, together into the bearing box, and then loaded bearing gland.
4. followed by bearing body, bearing (4PW no) oil seal and washers, impeller, gasket and impeller nut and tighten, and then install the pump and pump cover. Disassembly and assembly must be reversed.

PW type horizontal sewage pump Note:

1. pump inlet and outlet pipes should be set up, not to support the pump:
2. outlet water piping should be installed gate valve;

In the pump inlet pipe, inlet should be installed general trash rack, to prevent the larger stones and other objects into the pump to break the leaves.
