Design feature:
LBS groove design can make exactly caculate the rope speed and let the rope fall into the regular groove as we designed ,even the rope load force distributed that design can extend the rope and drum about 300%-500% life.
Product structure:
1. The winches with spooling device can realize automatic rope arrangement.
2. The winch spooling device (rope arranging device) adopts the principle of double screw to drive the rope wheel to move back and forth,
3. The utility model is composed of six parts: power output part, gearbox, clutch, groove sleeve part, rope supporting part and base.
4. Automatic rope-arrangement transmission principle: winch drum - transmission - groove sleeve rotation - rope wheel reciprocating movement.
5. Do not need to change any part of the winch during installation, just installed in the outer gear winch motor side
