1.Product introduction:
- The hydraulic crane winch is composed of a hydraulic motor, a brake, a valve, a bottom plate, a KC planetary reducer, a folding groove cylinder, a frame and a support shaft. Hydraulic motors, planetary gearboxes and brakes are mounted in the winch drum to keep the total length to a minimum. The compact design is ideal for applications where the installation is limited.

3.Processing mode
The LBS grooving is formed by continuously machining one part grooving winch is parallel with the flanges and one part spiral grooving. And one total cycle includes two-section parallel grooving and two-section spiral grooving.
- This double-folded rope groove can be directly formed on the smooth roll;
- It is also possible to make a sleeve with a double-folded rope groove. The sleeve is separated from the middle position to form an upper and lower split type. When installing, the split sleeve is wrapped on the smooth roll, and is bolted or welded. The rolls are tightly connected together.
