LBS provide customer a choice: If your winch drum need to be replaced, you can choose only replace it by a new drum or replace it by outer(LBS groove sleeve) of LBS. Changing LBS groove sleeve is a more economical solution.

• the integral LBS drum: it can be directly cut into the body of drum according to customer’ requirements.
• the split LBS sleeve:it be seperated from the middle. It includes the upper part and the lower part, which can wrap the drum so as to control the spooling of wire rope.

the LBS system is a method of controlling the spooling of wire rope on a winch drum so that there is no practical limit to the number of layers that can be spooled with safety, irrespective of the severity of load and speed conditions or the size of rope and drum.

The LBS system can be applied in various ways. By the installation of a split sleeve onto a plain drum, by the use of a grooved barrel to which the client adds flanges or by the supply of a complete fabricated and machied drum to project requirements.

• 1.Warranty: the quality of our winch is guaranteed for one year, in this period, if any quality problem happens with correct operation, we will send spare parts to you free of charge.
• 2.After warranty, we will supply spare parts at cost prices to you.
