The introduction of LBS system:

1. For monolayer winding

Ccompared with spiral groove, LBS groove has larger friction force in the first layer when the wire rope winding.And it can make the wire rope smooth and orderly arrangement .

2.For multi-layer winding

• In fact, the LBS groove has obvious advantages in multilayer spooling. Ordinary spiral grooves can only ensure that the first layer can be neatly spooled,but it can not guide the second layer of wire rope to be neatly spooled and it is easy to cause the problem of rope biting.
• The LBS groove solves the rope-biting problem in the process of spooling.It adopts double folded rope groove, which makes the rope amooth and the load distribution among layers.
• Practice has proved that LBS groove greatly prolongs the working life of wire rope. Data shows that it can prolong the working life of wire rope by more than 500%.
• LBS groove has improved safety and reduce the downtime of mechanical equipment due to rope change.
