We are specialized in manufacturing hydraulic winch and winch drums. We usually processing by customer's requirements.Such as

 the  grooving type, rotation direction, diameter ,width and material.

So when the customer need a quotation list, the most important techinial parameters is the following information:

• wire rope/ cable diameter
• groove type:  spiral groove or LBS groove
• drum diameter and length
• flanges height
• material

Product advantages:

It is easy to control the cable/ wire rope when we only make the cable spool one layer. But if we want to establish multi-layer winding,it is hard to control the wire rope on the second layer and three layer or more. Our LBS groove can be used in multi-layer winding and control the rope.

Besides,LBS groove make wire rope spooling more smooth and uniform distribution of load between each layer.

Third,Using LBS groove can lower the rope damage and increase service life of rope.

Forth,Using it can prevent cross&mess in rope spooling working happening.
