Techinical features:
Electric winch for object lifting. The winch will be located on a dedicated frame on the ground and the object will be moved vertically.
The winch shall be able to lift a nominal weight of 1000kgs.
The winch shall move the object upwards and downwards up to 100 meters.
The motor status shall be controlled so that to monitor the object movement, i.e.,motor speed shall be controlled.
The winch shall permit to extract the cable easily ideally to allow the initial positioning of the object in the lifting system by supplementary means.
Application range:
The winch can lift a weight vertically,horizontally or tilting. Mainly used in construction,water conservancy engineering,forestry,mining,wharf and other materials lifting or towing.
Questions:
- What would be the total weight of the system?
It is totally about 400kg for one electric winch. - Is there automatic brake of the winch in case of energy loss, so that the load is not left to free falling?
Yes,becuase the electric motor have braking device. Once loss energy,the object will stop movement. - We would also prefer to install a level winder or guide to force the correct winding of the rope
