This CE and ISO certified PET bottle plastic washing machine equipment delivers high output performance for efficient recycling operations. The complete waste PET bottle recycling line transforms discarded materials into clean flakes through advanced crushing and washing processes.
Process Overview
PET materials are initially crushed by a granulator, then undergo cold water washing in the PET Separation Tank where floating plastics are separated. The cold-washed flakes proceed to the Hot Washing Tank for intensive cleaning with chemical solutions and hot water. Further cleaning occurs in the Horizontal Centrifuge through high-speed friction, followed by rinsing in a second Separation Tank with cold water. Finally, clean PET flakes are transferred to the Dynamic Centrifuge, reducing residual moisture content to just 1%.
