500L Heating Mixer Hot System For PVC Pellets Granules
Langbo Machinery offers heating mixer, cooler mixer and mixers combination. The heating mixers are applied for mixing, coloring and drying in the industry of plastics. The structure design of cooler mixer can be type of vertical or horizontal.
Applications
Mostly dry powder raw material needs mixing before entering the extruder. The mixing unit is mainly used for the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, the drying before the molding and processing of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate, and the mixing of phenolic resins. Then, it is cooled by cooling and stirring to prevent clumping and degradation of the hot mixed material, allowing the additives in the hot mixed material to continue to penetrate into the plastic resin, eliminate residual gases in the hot mixed material, and store the hot mixed material.
