PVC Pipe Extrusion Line for Water Supply Applications
Complete production line for PVC/UPVC pipe manufacturing ranging from 16mm to 800mm diameter. This versatile system produces pipes for electrical conduit, agricultural, and construction plumbing applications with film and boxes packaging.
Applications
The produced UPVC pipes are used for electrical conduit, water supply, sewage systems, house decoration, chemical transportation, and gas distribution lines. These pipes feature high strength, structural integrity, excellent chemical resistance, durability, thermal stability, non-toxic safety, low maintenance, and cost-effectiveness.
Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank → spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Twin Screw Extruder Machine

Vacuum Calibration & Cooling

Haul-off Unit
