This Plastic Pipe Extrusion Machine is primarily designed for manufacturing agricultural, water supply, drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, and cable laying pipes. The production line incorporates advanced design principles to ensure efficient extrusion of PPR powder, combined with unique plasticization screw design for uniform plastic extrusion and high-capacity production.

Production Process
  1. Raw Material Feeding: PPR granules or recycled plastic are fed into the extruder hopper. Optional drying system ensures moisture-free material for superior quality.
  2. Melting & Extrusion: The screw barrel heats and melts plastic at controlled temperatures (160°C-220°C). Molten plastic is pushed through the die head to form pipe shape.
  3. Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: Pipe passes through vacuum sizing tank for precise diameter and roundness. Cooling tanks (water bath or spray cooling) solidify the pipe for stability.
  4. Hauling & Cutting: Haul-off unit pulls pipe at consistent speed. Automatic cutter slices pipe into desired lengths.
  5. Printing & Coiling (for Drip Irrigation Pipes): Laser or inkjet printing marks specifications. For drip pipes, perforation and coiling may be added before packaging.
  6. Quality Inspection & Packaging: Pipes are checked for wall thickness, pressure resistance, and smoothness. Final products are packed in coils or straight bundles for shipping.
