Introduction:

PPR Agricultural Irrigation Conduit & Garden Hose Extrusion Line is a high-efficiency manufacturing system designed to produce Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR) pipes for agricultural irrigation, water supply, and garden hose applications. The line ensures consistent quality, durability, and high output, making it ideal for producing pipes with excellent UV resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-pressure tolerance.

Extrusion line details:

Raw Material Feeding
PPR resin pellets (with UV stabilizers if needed) are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Optional additives (color masterbatch, anti-aging agents) can be blended.

Melting & Extrusion
The material is heated (180–230°C) in the single/twin-screw extruder and pushed through a die head to form a molten pipe shape.

Vacuum Calibration & Sizing
The hot pipe passes through a vacuum calibration tank to cool and solidify while maintaining precise dimensions.

Cooling
The pipe enters a water cooling tank (spray or immersion type) to ensure uniform cooling and prevent deformation.

Pulling & Straightening
A haul-off machine pulls the pipe at a controlled speed to maintain consistency.
A straightening device ensures the pipe is perfectly round and straight.

Cutting & Stacking
An automatic cutting machine cuts pipes to the required lengths (4m, 6m, or custom).
A stacking or coiling system collects finished pipes for packaging.

Printing & Inspection
Inkjet/laser marking prints size, pressure rating, and manufacturer details.
Quality checks (dimensions, pressure resistance, surface smoothness) are performed.

Packaging & Storage
Pipes are bundled or coiled, wrapped in protective film, and stored for shipment.
