Production Details
- Raw Material Feeding: PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are mixed and fed into the extruder hopper
- Extrusion & Melting: Single/twin-screw extruder heats and melts PVC mixture, pushing it through a die head to form continuous tube
- Molding & Shaping: Vacuum sizing tank and corrugator molds for corrugated hoses; calibrator for smooth tubes
- Cooling & Solidification: Water cooling tank hardens and stabilizes hose structure
- Perforation (Optional): Punching unit creates evenly spaced holes for drip irrigation applications
- Traction & Length Control: Puller maintains consistent speed for uniform hose length
- Cutting & Coiling: Automatic cutter slices hose into desired lengths, followed by winding into rolls or straight packing
- Quality Inspection & Packaging: Final inspection for leak-proofing, pressure resistance, and dimensional accuracy
Advanced Technical Features
Vacuum tank shapes and cools pipes to reach standard dimensions using advanced foreign multilateral anti-deformation structure. The cover is made of high-quality casting aluminum alloy. The pipeline features double loop design for non-stop cleaning and temperature control.
Crawler track haul-off structure with sliding tempered glass provides both beauty and functionality. The traction device with V-type rubber block crawler track is controlled by imported inverter for stable pipe hauling. The system features compact structure and requires minimal maintenance.
