Single Screw Extruder Machine
Crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency, and machine durability.
Mould Design
Features adapter for co-extrusion with two single extruders. Long cooling calibrator provides superior product performance.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Constructed from stainless 304 steel with 8m extended cooling process for better pipe surface quality.
Haul-off Unit
Three crawler track design ensures stable pipe running. Tailored hauling models available through general control adjustments.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder for precise cutting length. PLC control system with manual operation capability. All surfaces use stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance.
