Production Process Overview
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, the corrugated pipes undergo water cooling to stabilize their form, followed by automated cutting to required lengths and collection via coiler for final inspection and packaging.
