This PE PVC single wall corrugation pipe extrusion line is engineered for manufacturing flexible corrugated pipes using PE, PP, or PVC materials. The manufacturing process begins with plastic granules being fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is then shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, the corrugated pipes undergo water cooling to stabilize their form, followed by automatic cutting to required lengths and collection by the coiler for final inspection and packaging.
