The PVC profile production line is specifically designed for manufacturing punched hole plastic PVC waterstops and various other PVC profiles including window & door profiles, ceiling panels, and trunking. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific drawing sections.
Processing Process
The complete production flow: PVC powder + additive → mixing-material feeder → twin screw extruder → mold and calibrator → vacuum forming table → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack.
