LED Cover Production Line with 15KW Motor Power and 300MM Calibration Table Length for Two Belt Hauling

The LED lighting market in Middle Western countries features vast demand and significant growth potential. LED light covers and bottom profiles are manufactured using PC (polycarbonate) material. For two-color PC LED tubes, co-extrusion technology is employed.

This production line is equipped with a 65/28 22kW extruder and an additional 50/28 11kW extruder. The co-extrusion process ensures profiles are produced with dual-color characteristics. The system incorporates a 2500mm long by 600mm wide calibration table for precise dimensional control.

The haul-off unit utilizes a dual-belt method, ensuring optimal alignment and fixation between the cover and bottom LED light tube components. The production process concludes with a cutting unit and stacker system for organized placement of finished PC profiles.
