Extrusion Line Details

The LED lighting market in middle western countries features vast demand and significant growth potential. LED light covers and bottom profiles are manufactured using PC (polycarbonate) material. For two-color PC LED tubes, co-extrusion technology is required.

  • Equipped with one 65/28 22kW extruder and one 50/28 11kW extruder
  • Co-extrusion process ensures profiles with two distinct colors
  • 2500mm long × 600mm wide calibration table
  • Two-belt haul-off system for precise alignment of cover and bottom LED light tubes
  • Complete with cutter unit and stacker for finished PC profile handling
