The complete extrusion line features an SJ92/188 extruder, 6-meter wide vacuum tank, saw cutter unit, and robotic handling system. The entire production process operates fully automatically, requiring only one operator to manage the complete extrusion line.

Each crawler track features independent motor drive providing sufficient hauling force with even distribution. Highly synchronized hauling speed and force ensures consistent product quality. Direct cutting system implemented for window and door profile production.
Automated robotic system transfers produced door panel profiles from holder to landing area. Capable of 24-hour operation to maintain production capacity while significantly reducing labor costs.
