PVC Price Tag Holder Extrusion Line is an extrusion system designed for producing PVC price tag holders, shelf label strips, and other plastic profiles. The line uses a single screw extruder and PVC granules as raw material, forming continuous profiles with fixed cross-section structures for retail display and product identification applications.

PVC granules are fed into the single screw extruder, where the material is plasticized and mixed through controlled heating and screw conveying. The molten PVC passes through a customized profile die for extrusion forming, followed by vacuum calibration and cooling to maintain the required profile dimensions. The haul-off unit provides continuous movement, and the cutting unit completes fixed-length cutting.
Processing flow:
PVC Granules → Single Screw Extrusion → Profile Die Forming → Vacuum Calibration & Cooling → Haul-off → Cutting → Stacker

Single screw extruder machine:The extruder are crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability. Our extruder allocate international standard single screw and barrel. The screw has strong rigidity ensuring long service life and distinguished plasticizing effect.

Mould:The mould has spacious flow channel design to guarantee high extrusion capacity and good melting effect. It is made and inspected by the experienced manufacturer. The optimized temperature control and flow channel design ensures precise melt temperature control.

Calibration table:The calibration table has stable steel frame and the whole body material is SUS 304 stainless steel. We have multi-dimension position adjustment system.
