Extrusion Process
Multi-layer pipes are produced using co-extrusion technology. This specialized manufacturing process optimizes raw material usage while creating pipes with enhanced functional characteristics.
For cost-effective production, recycled materials can be incorporated as the middle layer in PE thick wall pipes. For hot water supply applications, the production line enables the addition of structural layers such as glass fiber reinforcement, providing superior performance characteristics for demanding applications.
