Extrusion Process
Multi-layer pipes are produced using co-extrusion technology, optimizing raw material usage while creating pipes with enhanced functional characteristics. For cost-effective production, recycled materials can be incorporated as the middle layer in PE thick wall pipes. For hot water supply applications, the production line enables the addition of structural layers such as glass fiber reinforcement, providing superior performance for demanding applications.
Complete Extrusion Line Components
  • Single screw extruder
  • Co-extruder: For creating marking lines or multi-layer pipe structures
  • Die head
  • Vacuum tank: Available in single or double chamber configurations based on diameter requirements
  • Cooling tank: Configurable with one, two, or three tanks depending on pipe diameter
  • Haul-offs: Multiple configurations available including double, three, four, six, eight, ten, or twelve haul-offs
  • Cutter: Options include no-scraps cutter or planetary cutter designs
  • Coiler/Tipping chute
