System Overview & Production Process
This comprehensive recycling system consists of two integrated production stages:
- Stage 1: Crushing, washing, and drying production for PP, PE materials - outputs clean soft flakes or rigid scrap
- Stage 2: Pelletizing extrusion for clean flakes or rigid scraps - outputs finished pellets
Processing Procedure
The complete washing line follows this optimized sequence:
- Material conveying system
- Primary crushing unit
- Floating washer with cold water treatment
- Agitating washer with hot water cleaning
- Secondary floating washer with cold water rinse
- Centrifugal drying / squeezing drying system
- Final collection into storage silo
