Mould: Designed to provide ideal viscosity for melt material, shaping plastic after processing. All contact surfaces are polished to minimize friction losses.
Calibration Table: Subjects shaped profiles from mould to calibration and cooling. Design varies by profile type and characteristics, with stainless steel water-contact areas to prevent corrosion.
Crawler Track Haul-off: Design adapts to profile measurement contact area. Standard inverter control allows speed adjustment based on material output rate, with measurement adjustment capability.
Saw Cutter: High-efficiency cutting with synchronous saw table and clamp movement. Integrated dust collection unit effectively removes swarf and dust from production area.
