Complete PVC Special Profile Extrusion System
LANGBO MACHINERY provides advanced double screw extrusion solutions for PVC and WPC profile production, featuring integrated haul-offs and cutting systems for optimal manufacturing efficiency.
System Components
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Special screw and barrel design ensures perfect mixing and homogeneous material processing. Equipped with SIEMENS driving motor for reduced electricity consumption and PLC automation system.
Precision Mould
Optimized design provides ideal viscosity for profile production. All contact surfaces are polished to minimize friction losses.
Calibration Table
Stainless steel construction prevents corrosion while cooling and calibrating profiles from the mould.
Caterpillar Haul-off Units
  • Two independent tracks with gearboxes
  • Continuous speed adjustment by inverter
  • Flexible pad dimensions: 220-500mm width
  • Track lengths: 1400-2000mm
    • Cutting Systems
    Available in saw (TK-series) and guillotine (GK PRO) configurations with optional cross-cut (CC PRO) for wide panels and blade cutting (BK-series) for profiles up to 8mm height.
