Production Process

Raw materials (PVC powder, CaCO3, TiO2, and additives) are mixed and fed into the extruder. After plasticization in the extruder, the material enters the mold where it is formed into pipes using the mold and vacuum tank system. The pipes then pass through cooling tanks, haul-off units, and cutting systems before being stacked automatically.
