Production Process
Al plate unlocking → Al plate forming machine → PEX material → Vacuum Feeding → Single screw extruder → Co-extrusion mould → Al plate ultrasonic roll welding machine → Single screw extruder → Co-extrusion mould → Dip-in cooling tank → Spray code printer → Belt haul off → Double winder → Steaming for 24 hours → Finished product inspecting & packing
