Product description

Brief introduction:JH-1255 is a phosphorus-free,environmentally friendly,low COD,low foam and low alkalinity product with super cleaning ability.It can be used to clean all kinds of aluminium compoments,and has a good effect on light and heavy oil contamination.It can be both used in dipping and spraying process without defoamer.

Tank liquor configuration:

Add three quarters of cold water and proper amoumt of chemical into the working tank,mix and circulate evenly.Add enough water to raise the level to working level,then heat it to working temperature.

Test method:

Free alkali:transfer 10ml sample into 250ml conical beaker with pipette and add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator,Titration with 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution until pink disappears,the number of milliliters of 0.1N hydrochloric acid solution consumed is the number of free alkali point.

PH value:

After calibrating the PH meter,use it to measure the PH value of solution or use PH test paper to test it.

Tank liquior control:

For every 1000 liters of tank liquid,5kg JH-1255 cleaning agent is needed for each increase of 0.5 point free alkalinity.Because when cleaning agent is used,the free alkalinity decreases because of saponification reaction,and the cleaning ability decreases accordingly.However,free alkalinity is only an indicator of tank liquid control,and it can not used to determine the cleaning force of tank liquid completely according to free alkalinity.

This product should be stored in a dry and cool place to avoid direct sunlight.
