Zinc Stearate Release Agent Introduction

Zinc Stearate Release Agent consist of organic acid, non-ion surface active agent and zwitterion free from phosphor and nitrogen.

Bath solution compound: Put cold water into the tank till three-quarter with appropriate degreasing agent, then stirring, after, add sufficient water till working level, after, heat bath solution till operating temperature.

Zinc Stearate Release Agent  Application

Be suitable for degreasing zinc stearate remained on aluminium work pieces’ surface.

Control parameter:

compound concentration: 40-60kg/1000l

Test method: free acid:

1. pipet 10ml sample to conical beaker,

2. drip 3-4driping bromphenol indicator,

3. drip 0.1n NAOH into the solution, stop when yellow change to blue.

4. the consumption of NAOH is the free acid.

Reserve requirement:

Reserve in dry shady and cool place to avoid sunshine.
