Metal Cutting Coolant is a fully synthetic cutting fluid,mainly used for grinding,have a good effect on processing of carbon steel, copper alloy in the common grinder,creep grinder, precision grinder.It is suitable for general machining of metal cutting machine tool by properly increasing the concentration.

Metal Cutting Coolant  Instructions:

1, Use (change)of new fluid method: before using the new liquid,clean the storage tank and piping circulation(with concentration diluent and adding bactericide 0.3 ~ 0.5%),at last add the productt evenly circulation can be used

2, Tank liquid supply or maintenance: when need supply tank need supply,should add water with corresponding percentage of original solution,should clean the oil slick in the tank liquid during use, regularly test PH value of tank liquid, when the PH value is less than 8.5, should supply or change new solution.
