1. Main Features:
1.1 Adopts ‘Golden Card Project” certified card hardware encryption technology, water company collect the money by the conversion of water quantity through selling IC Card to achieve the new management mode of "purchase first, then use". One IC card can manage one energy meter and three water meters to realize “ Water, Electricity” All in One Comprehensive charge management.
1.2 The advantages of fully digitized metering, water quantity display, prepayment control, smart anti-tamper are combined together and also have the feature of high reliability.
1.3 Low voltage disconnect: when the voltage of large capacity battery inside the meter is less than 4.2V, alarm alert timely under situations of under voltage to close valve and stop supplying water.
1.4 Multiple encryption technology applied to ensure the safety, accuracy and reliability of the data. IC card can record the information about the remaining volume, accumulated water consumption, interference actions or abnormal conditions of valve when being inserted into the meter.
1.5 Prefect interface protection to against malicious attacks.
1.6 LCD screen display the remaining volume with one decimal (unit:m3) for 5 seconds and accumulated water consumption for 5 seconds in scroll after being activated by IC card. After that, the screen will turn into sleeping mode in low consumption running.
1.7 It has the function of space-sharing management.
1.8 Support setting max. hoarding volume, warning volume, overdraft volume.
1.9 To avoid the valve and battery cannot normal work because of long time no change, it will open and close one time at Zero in the morning of each month.
1.10 Data kept automatically in the situation of battery empty and got recovery once a new battery is replaced.
