Curing Conditions
- 90-120 seconds at 120°C
- 60-90 seconds at 150°C
Higher bonding strength is achieved with increased curing temperature and extended curing time. Users should configure reflow oven parameters according to the adhesive's curing characteristics and equipment heat efficiency.
Application Guidelines
- Allow product to reach room temperature before use (2-4 hours for 300ml packaging)
- Optimal operating temperature: 25°C
- Recommended printing speed: 20-150 mm/s
- Drawknife pressure: 3-4 N/cm
- Opening time: 48 hours at 25°C, 55% RH
- Clean uncured adhesive with acetone or propylene alcohol ethers
- Seal and refrigerate unused adhesive
